It also includes 10 mock-up villas used for design and quality benchmarking. The villas span nine distinct architectural types. Each type needed a structural solution that suited its layout. Villa Configuration

Structural System
The structure uses a reinforced concrete skeleton. It is built from isolated footings and vertical columns. An elevated core adds stability to each villa. Cast in-situ beams tie the frame together. This system suits varied villa geometry and ground conditions.
Floor Construction
The first and roof floors use precast hollow-core slabs. Precast slabs speed up construction on a large programme. They also give a clean, efficient floor structure. The result balances structural performance with build speed. This was important across hundreds of repeated units.
Site and Delivery
