What We Deliver
Bridge Design
Reinforced concrete, post-tensioned, steel and composite bridge design for highway overpasses, pedestrian crossings, interchanges and link bridges. AASHTO LRFD, BS 5400 and Eurocode 2/3 compliant.
Construction Supervision
Site supervision during substructure, girder erection and deck construction. Shop drawing review, temporary works checks and camber monitoring during post-tensioning.
Inspection & Condition Assessment
Detailed visual and NDT inspections for in-service bridges — chloride profiling, cover survey, half-cell potential, carbonation depth and GPR surveys for assets managed under long-term maintenance programs.
Load Rating & Load Testing
Analytical load rating per AASHTO and BD 21/01, static and dynamic load testing with instrumented trucks, and interpretation of field response versus theoretical prediction.
Rehabilitation & Strengthening
Targeted rehabilitation strategies including CFRP strengthening, external post-tensioning, cathodic protection, expansion joint replacement and bearing renewal.
